The Tao of Chip Kelly: Lessons from America's Most Innovative Coach

Having studied Kelly's time at Oregon extensively, Saltveit has written the book on Kelly. Literally.
- Dan Graziano, ESPN.

This tight and punchy 130-page book unveils the unique philosophy and innovative management strategies that underlie the amazing success of football coach Chip Kelly.

"Saltveit lays out a clear picture of how Kelly operates." -- Bob Ford, Philadelphia Inquirer

Kelly led the University of Oregon Ducks to a 46-7 record over four years, with an explosive offense that averaged 48 points a game last year and a gambling defense that led the nation in takeaways during Kelly's four years in charge. The previously unheralded Ducks went to a BCS Bowl game in each of Chip Kelly's four years, and were in the nation's top 5 teams his last three.

Now at Philadelphia, Kelly has taken the Eagles from worst to first in the NFC East, and two players (Nick Foles and LeSean McCoy) have already been put into the Hall of Fame for games played this year in Chip's system.
